PvE BuildEndgame DPS

Once you unlock Stigma skills through Ascension, you can build around Ancient Spirit alongside your four elemental summons. The recommended AION 2 Spiritmaster build for PvE is Fire Spirit DPS, prioritizing Combustion, Elemental Fusion, and Summon Fire Spirit, then cycling summons to keep Fusion available and leaving Fire active for sustained damage. This is an endgame setup with a leveling priority.

Which Skills Should You Level First?

Start with Combustion, then Elemental Fusion, then Summon Fire Spirit. These are the three level-20 targets for this setup; you are building toward their specialties rather than spreading points evenly across every summon.

SkillTarget levelSpecialties to select
Combustion2020% less MP consumed, 20% Skill Speed, Ashy Call chain skill
Elemental Fusion20Extra damage after 3 seconds, charge skill with up to 200% additional damage, 25% chance to regain Four Elements
Summon Fire Spirit2020% Fire Spirit Critical Hit Damage, 10% skill activation chance on its attacks, 20% Fire Spirit stats
Dimensional Control1650% Multi-hit chance on hit, pull nearby targets
Cold Shock1650% Multi-Hit on hit, 2% Attack per Earth Tremor hit up to five stacks
Jointstrike Curse16Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds, ignores Block and Evasion and lands as a Critical Hit

After your first three priorities, raise Dimensional Control, Summon Ancient Spirit, Cold Shock, Water Spirit, Wind Spirit, Earth Spirit, Jointstrike Curse, and Soul's Cry, in that order. Summon Ancient Spirit is a level-20 Stigma target; Water, Wind, Earth, and Soul's Cry have level-16 targets in this setup.

Check the displayed skill levels and selected specialties after allocating points. For Combustion, the setup should include the Ashy Call chain; for Fusion, it should include the charge specialty. Reaching a target level is only part of the setup if you have selected different specialties.

There is also a leveling recommendation that puts Cold Shock third and Fire Spirit fourth. Cold Shock helps restore MP between rotations, so that order is an option if sustain is your immediate problem. For the Fire Spirit setup above, keep Fire third and use Cold Shock actively even before it becomes your next leveling priority.

Which Stigmas Fit This Build?

Three selections are shared by both PvE recommendations: Summon Ancient Spirit, Enhance Spirit's Benediction, and Jointstrike Corrode. The fourth slot is where the configurations differ.

Jointstrike Destructive Attack: Recommended for This Rotation

Use Summon Ancient Spirit, Jointstrike Destructive Attack, Jointstrike Corrode, and Enhance Spirit's Benediction, targeting level 20 for all four. This is the complete Stigma package paired with the Fire Spirit rotation and key-bind setup below.

Check that all four are selected before copying the binds. Destructive Attack belongs in the debuff group, while Ancient Spirit starts your Fusion access and its own cooldown.

Flame Blessing: An Alternative PvE Configuration

You can instead pair Flame Blessing with Ancient Spirit, Spirit's Benediction, and Corrode.

If you choose it, your Stigma list should show Flame Blessing in the fourth slot. The Destructive Attack key-bind instruction below then needs to reflect your actual selection. Avoid treating pieces of two configurations as one tested package.

How Does the Spirit Rotation Work?

At first glance, cycling four spirits looks like assembling a permanent pet squad. You can actually keep only one elemental spirit active at a time: summoning another replaces the previous one. The point is to enable your summon-dependent skills, then finish on the spirit whose ongoing effect you need.

A four-step Spiritmaster macro: Fire Spirit, Combustion, Elemental Fusion, then Cold Shock.

Open with Summon Ancient Spirit

Use Ancient Spirit first to start its one-minute cooldown and gain Four Elements for an early Elemental Fusion. Confirm that Four Elements is available and that Ancient Spirit has entered cooldown before moving into your elemental summon loop.

Apply your debuffs together

Place Jointstrike Corrode, Jointstrike Curse, Soul's Cry, and Jointstrike Destructive Attack on the same key bind so you can apply them consecutively before your strongest skills. Check that this bind contains all four skills and that Curse's damage-over-time effect is applied to the target.

Cycle summons and use the enabled attacks

Use Dimensional Control between spirit summons and cast Elemental Fusion as its requirements become available. Keep Dimensional Control and Elemental Fusion on the same key bind. Confirm that the active spirit changes when you summon its replacement and watch for Four Elements rather than assuming Fusion is always ready: its specialty has a 25% chance to restore that status.

Finish the elemental cycle with Fire Spirit

Summon Fire last among the four elemental spirits so it stays active for sustained damage. Your check is simple: Fire should be your remaining active elemental spirit. Use Ancient Spirit again when available to regain early Fusion access and benefit from its interactions with Jointstrike Corrode and Jointstrike Curse.

For macro timing, set Macro Display MS to half your current ping. The exact full macro sequence is unavailable in the saved material, so these instructions describe the rotation's supported relationships rather than a complete list of button presses.

Do not keep chasing damage skills after MP becomes a problem. Spiritmaster has high mana usage; use Cold Shock between rotations and change your finishing spirit when sustain matters more than leaving Fire active.

When Should You Leave a Different Spirit Active?

Fire Spirit: Recommended for Sustained Damage

Leave Fire active when you can maintain MP and HP. Basic attacks can trigger its skill, and this build invests in its critical damage and stats. Confirm Fire is still active after the elemental cycle; another summon replaces it.

Water Spirit: Choose MP Sustain

Leave Water active if mana consumption is interrupting your damage. Its attacks have a chance to restore 20 MP. Check your MP during its attacks, remembering that the restoration is a chance effect. Continue using Cold Shock between skill rotations rather than relying on Water alone.

Earth Spirit: Choose Aggro Support

Earth helps taunt enemies and draw aggro. Use it when you need that function, and confirm enemies are being drawn to the spirit. Keep adjusting your own position while it holds aggro; standing still wastes the breathing room it gives you.

Wind Spirit: Choose HP Sustain

Wind provides healing while active. Choose it when HP sustain is the reason your rotation is failing, and check your HP while Wind remains summoned. This choice changes your sustained-damage plan because Fire is no longer the active elemental spirit.

What Gear and Progression Support Fusion?

Prioritize Intelligence, Attack, and Cooldown Reduction for the Fire Spirit setup. For rings, look for skill bonuses in this order: Elemental Fusion, Combustion, Summon Fire Spirit, Cold Shock, and Jointstrike Curse. For passive bonuses on armor and jewelry, look for Spirit Strike, Mental Focus, and Element Unification; these work without occupying your action bar.

A concrete endgame equipment target is Enraged Kromede Jewel with Nuakum Guard, Nuakum armor and cloak, and Bakarma Gloves. Pair it with Enraged Kromede earrings and rings, Pilgrim and Ascension bracelets, Revelation Amulet, and Dark Veil Wings. Other equipment recommendations differ, so treat this as a coherent target set rather than proof that each item wins every comparison. If cost is holding up your upgrades, use the AION 2 Kinah farming guide to plan your next step.

For Arcana, use Chalice, Parchment, Compass, and Bell of Vigor with Mirror of Magic. The four-piece Primal Vigor setup has PvE Attack bonuses conditional on HP being at least 70%. Check both your set configuration and your HP: dropping below that threshold means you no longer meet the stated condition.

While heading toward orange stat nodes, obtain skill levels for Fire Spirit, Elemental Fusion, and Combustion. Confirm your resulting skill levels after unlocking them. Regional board layouts differ, so match nodes by their skill or stat instead of copying a numbered route from another layout.

You now have a PvE damage plan with explicit skill targets, a matching Stigma package, and spirit swaps for MP, aggro, or healing. For your next class decision, compare its role in the AION 2 class tier list, use the AION 2 Sorcerer build when weighing another caster, or return to AION 2 classes to choose your next build guide.
